The Reviews Are In

Posted by Trott

Jan Gyn on Sunday's Red Devil Lounge performance:

...[A] musical multimedia extravagasma dealing with themes of mortality and time lost....

The performances were stellar. The music was Hunky Dory, and the band was both exuberant and spot-on. Rich Trott led the proceedings with the confidence and flair of a young Neil Diamond.

Also, regarding Sunday's show, Box Daddy had this to say: "Spectacular. This was just what a struggling nation needs."

H. Schmidt describes the CD as sounding like a "collaboration between Frank Zappa and Randy Newman...."
