Regarding the upcoming Saturday December 2 show at the Blackthorn Tavern, Will Crain wisely counsels: "Mark your calendars! Get your babysitters!"

I tried to take a picture in the cozy and friendly Blackthorn Tavern tonight but it didn't come out. Here's a picture of my friend Steve at the Magnolia. Steve doesn't like to be photographed but he let me take a picture of his hand.

The Blackthorn Tavern is located on Irving Street in San Francisco between 9th and 10th Avenues. Music starts at 9pm with the Matinees and Dangerprone Daphne. Palace Family Steak House should go on at about 11pm.
